Reasons why New York Sucks - Page 603

on my train ride home yesterday, I saw a 5 or 6 year old go from eating french fries one minute, to nodding off the next minute, to falling face first onto the floor from his seat because he was instantly asleep. His parents were there to make sure he was ok "omg, my nigga fell on the flooooooooo".

It was funny, though I felt bad for the kid even though he was fine. I didn't laugh (there).

Lil ninja must have got on some of that good diesel.

Nothing will want to make your improve your station in life, more than riding public transportation.

this is complete nonsense for NYC where the subway is the fastest, cheapest, and easiest way for the vast majority of destinations. This isn't taking the B-11 bus from the suburbs to the Planned Parenthood clinic downtown.

I enjoy driving. Not in traffic like here in DC, but driving is fun otherwise. You must ball hard to have a driver.

I do take Metro at times because they r@pe you on parking and you get your ride beaten to hell here...but make no bones about it, public transport sucks. In Germany the public transport was cushy and always on time.

I only agree on cheapest. "The majority of destinantions" are faster and easier by alternate means.

DC is a pain in the ass, and +100 if you have to pay to park at a station. I did this for a few months, and in general getting around + paying for getting around + paying for parking can be a real hassle in DC. Really enjoyed DC otherwise.

You must have fairly blunted sensibilities. There are certainly bigger payoffs in life.
I ride public transportation occasionally. I have my own car and can afford to pay for a ride if I feel like it, but sometimes public transportation is the easiest or most appealing option.

I don't think I've ever taken public transportation in LA.
