I took the $5 bill that was sitting at my desk inside of a Chinese New Year envelope and spent it on street meat.

Why did you have $5 inside a Chinese New Year envelope in your desk?
because a Chinese co-worker gave us all an evelope with a $5 bill. It's supposed to be only for single people, and they're supposed to sleep with it under their pillow for a night, and then they're supposed to spend it all.

A lot of people leave their winter boots outside their apartment doors in the winter. Well, somebody went out to put them on to find one of the filled with piss. They are blaming somebody who was fixing the tile in front of their apartment.

after a few months of riding the A-C-E line in Manhattan, I've made a general observation. Usually, if a train pulls in and one car seems completely empty, you should avoid it since it probably smells like liquid garbage and fungus in there thanks to some hobo. This is a standard MTA rider habit. On the E train, you should do the opposite and look for the fullest car possible since the odds are there's some hobo causing problems anyways.

The A and C are fine, but there's just something about the E that attracts hobos, and it's awful.

With all constant killing in the news, I'm surprised I haven't heard of anything like this happening.
