"that place is too loud and it's always too cold in there. The Thursday night pot roast is good, but you have to get there by 4 otherwise it gets too crowded"

Someone recently invited me to an adult "hide and seek" game. I almost kicked her in the babymaker.

You go with your own friends. So, yeah, basically.

So now instead of knowing a secret super password to get in you have to solve a puzzle to get out? How has this not taken off in SanFo? Do they tell you to "put on your thinking caps"?

When did having a quiet drink with your friends become passé?

Dear NYers ... shut the fuck up.

Friday night a table of tourists were making a horrible racket. Five cougars turning 40 and acting like 20 year old woo girls. They got so loud at one point the GM walked over and actually used the phrase "ladies, please use your inside voices." Everyone around chuckled although I chuckled harder at them trying to flirt with the 20 something that was serving them.

Brunch in most NYC restaurants has to be one of the loudest dining experiences imaginable. The last two I attended I could barely hear the person sitting directly across from me.

I think I should just give up on brunch altogether until I find a place conveniently located that's worth returning to.

Pearl and Ash has become too loud for me. Even at Bouley this weekend there was a couple next to us streaming loudly some sort of song or movie clip.

Maybe it's the excitement of eating breakfast at 10:30 in the morning that 20 year olds can't handle.

OMG OMG OMG!

What?

They have eggs benedict!

Dude, this is gonna be awesome!

A kid's party at Chuck E Cheese would have been quieter than this brunch.

brunch is the perfect setting for seeing people act like boners. Accordingly, i don't brunch.

getting liquored up early on in the day has an appeal…until later that same day.'

…not that I'd brunch...

Surprised to see so many people hear partake in brunch.

I thought everyone here hated brunch.
