This is not a NY thing necessarily I guess but it makes me laugh how it's 65 out and all these sad sacks are all bundled up in huge coats and 21 foot school spirit scarves. Really?

meh its not that weird... considering that it will eventually get frigid, snow, sleet, and ice rain soon enough.....

I just hate it when it gets like that 20ºF and you have to get bundled up to walk around... but then go down into the subway where its >85ºF and humid and before you know it your sweating your balls off because of the wool sweater + Jacket + wool hat you have on... then you have to start peeling off your layers and end up having to carry around all your shit [which can be very heavy/cumbersome] until you reach your destination... by the time you get there you dropped a glove / hat/ ect ffffuuuu.gif

We haven't had a Nanny in a while, but way back when, when we did, one time, we came home and notice that our Nanny had carved my wife and my names into the leaves of one of our houseplants/trees. That freaked us out.
