fortunately, I don't have to drive. then I'd hate the snow.
I was in NY yesterday and walked about ten blocks in the morning snow. It was very pretty.
Then this morning I went to the beach in Venice. A fun contrast in Decembers.

Afterall, most of the big investments banks have a ton of women on the floor, even if not so much at the senior level.
I suspect that this dynamic is relatively similar across industries, and that banking isn't wildly different from, say, BigLaw or other large corporate cultures. But I'm disappointed that nobody has taken the "women on the floor" bait.
