Reasons why New York Sucks - Page 142

Especially if that Midtown East re-zoning passes. Midtown east where millions of people flock to every day for work is going to be a disaster. I read about how there are stipulations about making the developers pony up some dough to improve transit in Grand Central and subway to accommodate more commuter traffic. Bloomberg is trying to push this hard before his term is up, meanwhile the Hudson Yards project took like 6 years to pass.

Is that near 54th and 3rd? I walked by something earlier and couldn't figure out what it was. There was a roller bag in the street and lots of police tape.

idk. Since i was there so early into it all, it was all young cops. The guy got like 30 feet outside of the bank before it ended. As i'm sure one finds one, you cannot really run or do anything besides go with the flow of the crowd at that particular area at lunch.

you might say that robbing a bank at 54th and Lex at noon is natural selection at work

For all you fans of 90+ degree weather, if you had to choose btwn these 2 odors, which one would you rather be exposed to for a reasoanbly long period of time: baked urine or eau de sanitation truck? confused.gif

Rotting garbage is such a profoundly awful smell.
