He is a reason NY sucks.

More like poor man's David Patrick Kelly.

Another thing that sucks are these double stoplights. One for straight, the other for a turn. And not the necessary kind of arrow, either, for where if you have to wait to yield you will never get a chance, but arrows for a turn from one one-way street onto another. The only purpose is to fuck pedestrians.

New York sucks, but Texas sucks way more.

No one goes outside in the summer unless they have to. You just sit inside in the dark. Might as well be in Siberia. I prefer it here in Indiana

Yeah, the weather here is definitely not nice.

And Manton, it was humid as it gets at 6AM this morning when I went running. I thought I was going to die after about 5 minutes.

As said though, at least everything has central A/C here.

what city are you in?

See that's Texas. At 6 am you feel like you're going to die because it never cools off at night.

I'm just outside of Dallas at the moment at a conference/training thing. Will be in Austin later this week. Gotta say, Dallas seems like a pretty shitty place.

You're right--it gets super hot and humid in New York too, but it cools off a little bit at night. Not so much here.

I had this image of Texas as dry and dusty, granted my trips there have been few ...

The problem with Texas is that you don't get any cool days to break the monotony. It's just unrelenting heat from May to September. Everywhere else in the country I've lived you'll have some horrible humid hot days but some comfortable days mixed in.
