Reasons why New York Sucks - Page 132

Listen dumbass. I'm a conservative. I live in Calgary, albera, where you won't find a liberal. All you do is scream liberal liberal liberal to me. Your responce to my post clearly shows this. I respected Pio's request to drop it and you kept it up. So I will leave you to your little thread, you little bitch.

Thanks, don't let the door hit your "conservative" ass.

I've detected a little seed of doubt in my liberal wife's mind btw, and it feels good. Back on topic however, one of my secret goals for our wedding was to make my NYC snob family feel really bad about what they had to return to. So aside from the wedding in a really charming location near Downtown, we hosted a brunch for them at my in-laws' house among the orange trees, pool, and bocce and tennis court. I've spoken to a number of those relatives now and I can happily declare Mission Accomplished. biggrin.gif

ITT: left and right, Christian and Jew, RTW and bespoke, Yank and Canuck, come together to agree that New York sucks.

Also, tonight at 8pm I pay my metro fare and go down to G platform. Wait 20 minutes with a hundred other people. No trains. No posted signs to indicate G train service isn't running Queensbound, which we finally all figure out. Metro fare gone, and 45 minutes wasted, I go outside and walk home.

And now I just find out it's because a man died at the Broadway G train stop tonight at 8pm.

Er...that won't work in most of the NY subway system.

I was born in the same hospital that killed Andy Warhol after a routine operation. Half way through the caesarian my mother started to regain sensations. All of the staff of New York Hospital from that time seems to have gone on to work for the MTA.

If we could kick half the people out of LA, I would really enjoy it.
I don't think the city proper has even half the population of NYC. LA County has more but is also larger than the states of Rhode Island and Delaware combined.

I love LA.
