again you're commenting on something thats a general conduct practiced across this whole country. poop bags are sold in virginia, new haven, providence, and kalamazoo so that means people plan to pick up warm shit in other exotic locals throughout the USA too.

sure if you're in some open field in wyoming you can let your dog shit and not pick it up with minimal repercussions .

But I highly doubt it because even most large national parks have rules against dog waste in the form of "carry in carry out" type of sayings. but it would be rude to leave dog shit in the middle of a metro area public park regardless of city.

In my specific case there is dog shit all over McCarren Park and the surrounding areas, I've noticed it in other large NYC parks as well. thats why I specifically think NYC sucks.
