Very Light/Pale Blue Shirt

Hey all, was wondering if someone could suggest where to find a very light / pale blue shirt like the one in the picture. All of the blues I come across are normally much richer.

Side note: Does anyone know where to find the red stitched thing in his lapel?

Just get shirts custom made - it's really not that expensive these days if you do it online. And you can choose whatever fabric you want.

The red thing looks like the coral that all the Isaia guys wear (scroll down, there's a question about it):
