Face wash for sensitive skin?

I don't know if I have sensitive skin, but the facewash that I'm using from Loreal seems to dry out my skin very fast. Are there any face wash that isn't so hard on my skin? Thanks!

Do you use toner and/or moisturizer after?

Ren has a very mild milk wash. I'm very partial to their masques.

Go to http://www.mankind.co.uk/ and search for something that meets your needs. Also, make sure you apply a moisturizer after cleansing. Don't rub your face with a towel to dry it. Always pat dry.

Which L'Oreal product did you use? If it dried out your face, then you just need a gentler product suitable for dry skin. Sensitive and dry are not the same things - skin can be oily and sensitive at the same time.

I don't use a toner after using the facewash. Yes, I do apply moisturizer afterwards, but my skin is still somewhat dry near the nose area. After a week of not using the facewash, my skin looks a lot better.

I use the Loreal Anti-Dullness Face Wash. What do you recommend? The cetaphil that the other poster suggested?

I'm not familiar with the Loreal Anti-Dullness Face Wash.

The Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is a good basic option. It's very cheap, and you can find generic versions that are even cheaper. Lately I've been alternating between the Target-brand versions of Neutrogena Foaming Face Wash and Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser (which is designed for oilier skin than the original Gentle Skin Cleanser).

L'Oreal used to make a fantastic foaming cleanser. It was called Nutri-Pure or something and came in a pink cylindrical container. It was completely fragrance-free (unlike most L'Oreal products) and the foam consistency was very easy to use and rinse off. I haven't seen it in any stores in a while though.

For what it's worth, Cetaphil is manufactured by Galderma, which is a joint venture between L'Oreal and Nestle.

I use http://facedoctor.ca/ Rejuvenating Soap. Very expensive, but very nice as well. You can also try http://www.vitacost.com/Kiss-My-Face...ee-Moisturizer on places like your nose and stuff.

Give Shiseido Cleansing Foam a try, it's very gentle on the skin.

Pears Soap, is the best that I have used. There's a bodywash available now, too. Look for it at Big Lots.
