Nike being too damn stingy with the Racers, we need more colorways and make it more widely available.

Need a black sole/white uppers colorway for Lunar One+ too.
I much prefer the free sole or lunarlon than the racer

I mainly want the Racers for running but if I could find some trainers, I guess it'll have to do. I just don't want to order online because people are saying this fit real narrow so I want to try them on first so Nike needs to get their shit together and just drop this on every major retailers.

so i got my first pair of frees, and this is a dumb question, but do they always look kind of tilted on the foot? like you're almost wearing them on the side of you're foot, even though you're obviously not.

Haha, pretty much. The lacing is off-center making it look tilted to one side.
last dumb question - do these stretch at all? my little toe feels a little cramped on one foot, but i know sizing up would mean these would be too long.
they're stretchy to begin with so no that's like asking if jeans with elastane will stretch out

rfx what should i cop all these fuckers have my electric blue 3s, if i get the whites then they will all go out and cop and will have to start cycle all over

there are even cretins with moronic id colorways of the free run + like neon orange over grey and volt/black with black sole, all terribad

The only to be original these days is to go with a quickstrike or limited edition shoe. Right now, some Lunar Trainers will likely separate you from the others.

How about some Huarache Free Runs? I got this colorway on the way.

It comes in plenty of colorways too, this grey/light blue is nice.

There is also the Footscape Free? Chances are no one is going to use a pair of this in the gym. Though I think it has the free sole you hate?

If you can find these quickstrike release version then you'd be all alone in the gym with it for sure.

You can also go back old school with the Kukinis?

Anything with good lateral movement? I rolled my ankle once with my frees and it slips a lot even if the laces are on tight
post #89 of 6663
Saw somewhere they're going to put the old huarache light on a free sole.

Edit: found

I know these aren't real design-y but I picked up a pair of the new SB challenge courts.

Still no knits for me. The upcoming colors don't really appeal either. The HTMs were so interesting and the others are very blah. Maybe black/white.

Which frees do you have?

Free Runs do not really have a good lockdown on your foot, I'd highly suggest some free trainers. The Free Havens & TR3 has a lacing system that connects all the way to the midsole so as you tighten it, it actually hugs your feet and locks the shoe to your feet. The uppers also isn't as frail as Free Runs, it is structured especially by the heel area so there are less chance of rolling your ankles, it is much more stable. Both also provide better tractions. Free Havens are lower than the TR3 (3.0 vs. 5.0) so if you want to be closer to the ground, the Free Havens is a better choice although I'd still suggest trying both on before making a commitment.

I returned the Lunar Edge 13 (heel to toe drop is a bit too high for my liking) and bought some Free Havens (on it's way), I'll let you know further how it performs next week.
