Yeah, I read and congratulated Spoo when I saw that. He dropped hints that he was saving his pennies for it. He has a team, correct me if I'm wrong. The story is still fascinating to me. I tried thrifting a handful of time from the valley to the west side. L.A. market sucks! lol.
We were barely 21 when we were flipping kicks. A kid around that age buying a $60-70k car and paid in full was an eye popping thing, well at least to me.
The whole hype in the sneaker culture...I refuse to call it 'game' is why businesses like Flight Club and Rif are so viable. I hear kids talking about maxing out credit cards to buy a pair of Red October Yeezys, which go for $5k on the market currently. These shoes retailed for ~$200 or so, so profit is very handsome.
I've been thinking about this for a while, and to avoid having an obscene amount of kicks once again, I put up the 15 or so pairs of Jordans/Nikes I bought in the last year for sale. Looks like I'll broke even, even though most were worn.

Ain't no problem driving an M3 lowered on KW's with some aggressive offset BBS LM's while rocking OG Jordan IVs and bumping 36 Chambers, player.
