Jackets have been, in my experience, pretty much a size up one ordeal. The shirts, however, are bat-shit crazy. I own one of the dri-fit tees - I'm on the small side of larges in normal nike stuff. Got an XXL, and it's quite close to not fitting - probably could have used XXXL.

Last season's jackets seemed two sizes too small so I passed (my xl fits perfect). I never copped any tees because I don't think they're that great and kunk said they fit like straight jackets on him. Since I mainly just sprint and run to the gym I don't need anything super warm because I get hot easily so a light jacket is all I need.

Last year they had some without hoods but it doesn't appear they're doing any like that with just a higher collar.

so shirts are size up 2 and hope, jackets 1-2 sizes, what about the shorts/pants?

^ shorts I also sized up 1. I do plyo and run and they accommodate my slightly muscular than average thighs.

Those are the exact two I just ordered, purple for my wife. I also got the Volt Racers, was intending on returning the greens, but they look tatsy in that pic.

Best stable running shoe that Nike makes.
My current favorite, since I prefer more cushioned shoe for running these days, are the Pegasus 29.

The LG4 is an improvement on an already impressive LG3 though.

They are cheap at the local outlet.
Maybe it will get my enthused about running again.

how is it on pavement/dirt tracks? I probably will run around the neighborhood until i convince myself to driving to the park to run ..

Perfectly fine on the pavement, I run around the park all the time and the LG4 is in my rotation and it's very good for.

re: running, i still think Nike still has a ways to go before they make a better running shoe than say, Asics. you do pull all the bitches with them though
