Says who?

you might be able to find one by calling sneakerbistro.. there's a thread on niketalk.com that mentions a non premium set coming end of year/early next year with a chukka and different soles, non hand woven. on my phone right now otherwise i'd link. think someone mentioned these being limited to 300 pairs.

FYI, Running Center has some new Flyknit Trainers in electric green/black and university red/electric green, a good amount of black/white ones and a few orange ones.

I'm also thinking about getting a pair of suede SFB Chukkas on NikeID. Should I go with a black suede or camo canvas(more like cordura) insert?

^You should be. I comfortably wear a 9 throughout Nike/Jordan except for my Lunargrands(I wear em in 8.5). Though some people said they went down half a size for the Flyknits. I have wide feet and can't do it.

I stopped reading after HTM. Unless you live right around the corner from 21 Mercer, good luck getting a pair. Too bad for me because I think they are stunningly beautiful (not this particular white/blue pair but the silhouette in general).

They're a hyperstrike, so no.

there's a nike store in nearly every city. stop asking forums for advice, you have no excuse to not go in there and get measured.

to add, certain shoes will fuck your feet up if you pronate, etc. just go to a proper shop and let them evaluate your step.
