why not get both and return the one that doesn't fit as well?

You're gonna be a small.  I've got a 33 waist and wear the medium.

Re flyknits, if you're in between sizes and actually run, it's far better to get slightly larger than just a hair too small

I'm a 31 and the M fits great.

So the consensus here was to size up on the tech sweats? I am a size 32 waist/6'4 and took the L

M would work for you waist wise, but the length will be short. I am sure the L will be just fine.

Regis: I went with L (6'2", 33" waist). They are slightly loose up top, but a medium would have been too short for me. I like them a little loose anyway, since I toss them over shorts before and after workouts.

Went for my first run in the Flyknit Trainers tonight. I've been running in Frees everyday but wanted to give my feet a break. I'm liking the Zoom sole—substantial, not squishy like the Lunar.

Once I get the Tech Pack hoodie, I'm done buying Nike for a while.

Edit: Speaking of, it looks like they restocked but are already out of mediums again cloud.gif

Wore my Flyknit Trainers for the run portion of the Malibu Triathlon this past weekend. First time wearing them in a race, they felt great. Feet weren't sore at all after.

I think the trainers are super comfy for running, but I'm facing issues with the tongue getting pushed all the way to the side of the shoe. Tying the laces tighter doesn't resolve it.
