I like the black flyknit trainer but figured black would mainly go well with other black and white clothes.

Wolf grey. Or some crazy color like purple or multicolor.

this is the best colorway, also like the fresh prince ones

jet, just to be clear on this one, you ARE trolling, right? bc you have better taste than to like these in any color.

I don't think of gym wear as a matter of taste. These are not the most beautiful shoes, but they serve the exact purpose I need them to. No reason to hate on them either way...some people like it, some don't

Let us know how it fit Regis. Someone here posted earlier that it is really tight and might need to size up to accommodate wearing socks with it.

the beauty lies in it's absurdness

Yep, tried them on and they only had a half size larger than my regular 8.5, and those still fit me really snug. To me they're clearly designed to be worn without socks. I don't know how much they'll stretch though, as I'd say both my racers and trainers stretched some. These definitely feel a lot more elastic.

Also, I only got to see the volt and the red/squadron blue pair. When they first posted pics of them I was sure I'd prefer the volt, but in person the red/squadron blue kills them. Maybe just my personal opinion though.

Those blue ones are nice, I really like the sole of those, kinda like basketball soles in width which is good for change of direction.

the soles look the same as all other free soles. i don't think they're as wide as you think, since i'm guessing the thinner upper makes the sole look wider. i would definitely not want to do much change of direction in them.

Thing for me I've been using my running shoes for the gym and basketball shoes for running. I do stair runs, hills, beach runs shit like that and also the ribbing would help keep them on. My gym shoes are AirMax 2012 the sole is kinda tall/narrow for stuff I want to do when I bought them I didn't really think about that.
