I asked because since we're all sneaker heads, I wore Nikes to run for many years until I really got into it and switched to running oriented brands. Never switched back since.
I used to run in New Balances and tried Asics and found the Pegasus & Lunarglides to be better, I even preferred the Frees when I feel like having that barefoot feel. I've been very happy with Nikes and found no reason to commit to another shoe at this point, not to mention other running shoes just have terrible design. I know it isn't something that should look great because it is meant to be beaten to death but it certainly helps that Nikes looks good, I can run errands in them w/o looking like I just came from the gym. It isn't going to replace Lanvin or MMM but it is much better looking than the designs Brooks, Ecco, Saucony, Ascis, etc... comes out with.

I know it's weird but at the end of the day is it still a Nike tee which I can usually get for $7-$8 each at the outlets. I guess that is a mindset I haven't been able to get passed when it comes to Nike clothes.
