My Niners are in the SB so I was gonna pick up a jersey. I guess I hang around SF too much as I was expecting jerseys to fit close to like a normal shirt. The reality is the fit is pretty atrocious for a shirt but I guess standard for a jersey: bunches up at the shoulder when you raise your arms, arm pits are very spacious, goes passed my ass, baggy and long sleeves, etc. It's like Nike expects you to be in full uniform with pads? I'm kinda torn as I wanna support my team but I also don't want to look like I just threw on a potato sack. I'm also a grown ass man so I do feel kinda silly wearing a football jersey.

What do you guys think? Maybe I'll just treat it like a Halloween costume where I only wear it for one day. It's too bad Nike doesn't make a jersey/shirt hybrid that someone could actually look good wearing.

buy a size smaller.

or buy the ladies gear. im sure its a tighter fit.

or bespoke.

or, deal with it, thats how jerseys look. they are not geared to the sartorially inclined.
