is knize 10 anything like acqua di parma? Both got great reviews but i really didn't like ADP

^Knize ten is a wonderful, deep, dry leather scent; assuming by AdP you mean the fresh citrus cologne, they are about as opposite as you can get.

GREAT price on a hard to find scent; somebody from SOTD should snap that up.

Nevertheless, Knize ten may not be a good choice for the uninitiated; it's very much a classic gentleman's cologne. If you are accustomed to current offerings that are smooth and "fresh," resulting in an effect not unlike taking a bath, avoid Knize. That one is from a different time, with a very different effect.
