Avoid tight fit and thin or clingy fabric. Darker colors hide the issue more.

I have planned to buy several new polos but want the material to be thick so it wont show so much. I have planned to buy kent wang and sunspel polos.

Does anyone know if their material is nice and thick?

If its too thin my problem is very serious.

 I have the same thing.

But a lot of women like them for some reason. :-)

Oh, the things I could tell you.  lol

A while back I was on a very high chicken intake diet for protein reasons, and the added solutions in the chicken that meijer sells gave me increases estrogen levels and made one of my nipples puffed out for a few months. (went away when i stopped eating the chicken.)

Anyways, what I learned was that if I stopped doing bench press and only did incline press, my upper chest got bigger and my shirts were pushed off my nipple/ lower chest more.  So couple and upper chest workout with a thick wife beater and your problem should go away.

How serious were you about this? Did you work out a lot before?

I have a similar problem and do a reasonable amount of PT. Although in all honesty I don't really care, it's more a problem for the people looking at me in my opinion.

I like the looser clothing/darker clothing idea. Sometimes this happens to me when it's cold. I say screw  it. I'm more concerned that I have chest hair that manages to poke through thin shirts. haha.

Take 50mg zinc every day because it will supress prolactin and you're less likely to get manboobs.

I work out almost everyday. I dont train to be a bodybuilder though, I do a lot of circuit training workouts that maximize both muscular endurance and muscular strength.  When I decreased my chicken intake and started eating more salmon and talapia the problem went away after about a month.  But most of the people I talked to that had this problem said training their upper chest was the best way to disguise it, and that did make a difference for me while I had the problem.

I don't think of it as a problem. It's just the way it is. I try to stay fit and keep a firm chest. I don't have chest hair (native american).
