You can see that half their face is dark, like it is in the comics.

Blue/black is a lot different than white/black. The way the elves are in the still from the film makes them look like Two-Face. Stupid.

Eh, I feel that is just a bit too nit-picky (sup Rambo), the comics is more light blue and white could have a bit of a blue hue depending on the lighting. These are set pics so we don't know what type of CGI they will add to the film/characters. I'd wait for an actual trailer before passing judgement.

And the black & white doesn't really remind of 2face, not the first though that came to my mind at all and I like that that half of the face is burnt, gives it a reason to be darker.

Looks like Portman made it to Asgard and Thor is back to Earth.

I keep seeing Hemsworth and asking: is this the best casting for a superhero ever??

RDJ is pretty perfect as Stark I think. Hemsworth might be best build-wise since everyone else is just stupid short like RDJ who has to wear elevator shoes just so he is eye to eye with Paltrow.

Though in the comics, Thor tends to be clean shaven for the most part but I guess Hemsworths version is based on the Ultimates.

Looks ok so far. I'm not seeing much of the charm that made the first one watchable, but it's still early. They might not have had much footage to work off of.

Poor Eccleston. Barely shown in the trailer with Loki getting the best moment.

This comes out very, very soon, but still not a lot of chatter about it. At least not like IM3 was hyped. Insights?
