To describe myself, I'm a 24 year old young professional currently working for an accounting firm (where conservative is usually the dress code).

My ideal cologne would be something with a unique fragrance (i.e not worn by the masses) , has a good ratio of masculine + sweet, and is suitable for the office environment.

I was leaning towards selecting Bvlgari Aqua or Tom Ford Veviter.

Recommendations? Price is not an issue.

You'll probably get more responses in this thread.

Scent is totally personal choice imo. But, for office use, I would go for none at all. I love fragrance but would never wear it if I worked in a conservative office environment.

This is rather subjective, but If you are looking for "masculine" and "sweet", I would consider trying out the various offerings from John Varvatos and Polo Double Black. I really like both and neither are overpowering.

This is totally subjective but Grey Vetiver is very work safe and you won't smell like the next guy wearing aqua do gio.

Although I hate to think I might be following the herd, it really is nice stuff. Always come back to it. Many complements from random females when wearing- not me obviously, just the scent smile.gif

I'm a huge fan of TF Grey Vetiver and Gucci Guilty Intense. TF Tobacco Vanille is also great. For a lighter scent I usually use 212 Glam for Men.

I've sampled a variety of Creed's and the only one that I liked was GIT. I think for Creed's, they might vary a lot by individual due to their more complex scents. SMW makes me nauseated although it's a forum favorite, so definitely try the Creed's on your skin before you buy.

For a conservative environment, try Byredo's Sunday Cologne. Very crisp and clean-- and very light.
