He mentioned not having much money. I assumed he was thinking of buying those pants, though that may have been poor reading comprehension on my part. It's tough to find all-wool pants for $88 (if I am wrong about this, please correct me and assist me in finding a pair), but decent blended ones are an option at that price. I figured that, if he wanted gray pants for $88, a blend would be better than cotton, for the reasons I mentioned.

Obviously, this is not really the place for this discussion. I wish I could contribute in an on-topic way, but I feel like either of my pairs of Bass Weejuns would lower the tone of the thread.

Forgot you kopped the N&L RR loafers. Sorry if I already missed this, but how did they turn out? Any pics?

Turned out great. Love the last and the construction is beautiful. Only hiccup has been how to maintain them. I've reached out to Cleverley about specialized non-darkening conditioner, but in the meantime I'm unsure if Reno is good enough or not. I posted some shitty pics in the Recent Purchases threak right after they arrived.
