how do high count twill bedfords usually run. I tried on a floral jacquard bedford in size small from last spring season i think and it was too snug.  Should I size up on my bedfords?

I'm 5'11 and am about a 36r on well fitted jackets, but I want a more relaxed fit on a bedford.

If you want it relaxed then definitely size up to a medium.

I love the way you wear your outfits. If you don't mind me asking, is that the brown/green wool herringbone bedford jacket from F/W 15? It looks much lighter in colour on you than I've seen in online photos. I have been deliberating buying it and can't decide between it or the grey. If you have any feedback on how you like it, I would appreciate it.

Hope you are having a merry christmas too!

thank you & happy holidays - it is the brown/green w15 bedford. i absolutely love it. it's more brown than green in person. the grey looks fantastic, too. but i'd go brown over grey. cheers!

Go for the brown/green herringbone over the grey. They brown/green is unusual. They have been doing a version of the grey herringbone for each of the last 3 F/W seasons as I recall.

i think the tweed grey from this season is one of the most unique ones in a while

Ok, I have not seen the grey this season. Maybe it is. I have the one from FW13 and the one from FW14 is different, but very similar.

the herringbone is dark grey and unchanged, i'm talking about the actual tweed one

Thanks ~ I was going to buy it but someone beat me to the last one in my size before I could get it. Very disappointed. Hopefully they will have another brown.green wool bedford next year.
