Show us how you roll in EG - Page 64

We need more people rocking trippy patterns!

I was thinking about layering the psychedelic and hippie print--I didn't think it would work--but it surprisingly does work.

I'm sure I look like a fool to some people, and even though I rarely wear patterns, this just feels so right!

My camera phone doesn't do the colors any justice: the psychedelic print is so rich in real life.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Jacket - APC Indigo M

Dayton Shirt - Psychedelic Print S

Tunic - Hippie Foulard M

Jeans - nonnative overdye 1

At least for me, the Dayton Shirt could have longer arms, but luckily there is extra fabric tucked away so it would be easy to extend it I imagine

Oh, and it would probably look better if I were wearing a navy Bedford Jacket :)

^looks great.  deserves better pics.

also less fitted pants/jeans.

I just threw the top half on because I wanted to see how the dayton would fit with the tunic, but yes, I was thinking the same thing: looser pants would fit the vibe much much better and be more comfortable to boot!

Being a stocky guy I could never pull that off, slightly more relaxed cut of pants and that's perfect. Bananas, but perfect.

Today

SS14 Expedition Jacket in Olive

SS14 USN Pants in Khaki

RRL OCBD in Blue

RRL Belt in Brown (perhaps a lighter belt would work better here but that's just nitpicking)

Epaulet New York Silk Knit Tie in Navy

Alden Boots in Brown

I love that expedition jacket. If it makes it to sale, I definitely want to pick one up. Price is too steep for a lightweight cotton ripstop for me.

^^Good look. I think the brown belt works perfect with those khakis.

It's as if you work for the DoD! Very cool.

I stopped being lazy and got out my tripod. I must say, I really love the patterned EG items this season.

Someone PM'ed me asking to show how the ground jacket I have for sale ($150) can be worn buttoned and un-buttoned, so I thought I'd post some pictures.

The ground jacket has a "hidden" front and back zipper and detachable hood.

I love this jacket, but unfortunately the sleeves are too small. I should have exchanged for a M when I had the chance. Oh well.

FW Herringbone with 19th century button down. Trated my L blazer for a M here in SF. Very happy and have been wearing it a ton, as we just had the colder week of the year over here.
