I will take more as I go along. Sorry if the photo quality is poor, I dont have a high end studio or access to one. But I think i seemed to have made it work.  Im only 2-3 seasons into EG so im quite new. But I am getting more from Gary and promise to add more.

Looks good so far. Nice that you went for the patterned pants.

Keep up the posting! Would like to see how the Adventure Hat pans out.

This is actually from a couple of months back, reversible charcoal stripe brookline. I really like looking at the look books and what the EG guys are doing but I tend to wear my EG with slimmer bottoms and prefer the black pieces.

I remember Gary posting for a resurgence to this thread so I thought I'd contribute. We're getting colder here in Sydney and finally a chance to break out the heavier clothes which for me is always exciting.

- Field parka (FW11) khaki
- E1 pant (FW12) navy uniform serge
- Round collar shirt navy/red check cotton (fw12)
- Shawl collar vest khaki corduroy (FW11)
- neck tie navy/khaki plaid flannel

Thanks mate! Yeah it's colder here in Australia and cloudy and grim -- just the way i love it! I also had this taken today. As ever my love for FW11 and FW12 is clearly shown. I loved FW06 but sadly missed out almost everything that year. Here's what i wore today.

1. Coleman Jacket FW11 11.5 oz indigo denim

2. Hooded Padded Vest FW12 Grey Wool HB [Reversed]

3. Rounded Collar Shirt FW12 Navy/Red/Khaki check cotton

4. Desert Pant Olive FW11 British Navy Twill

5. Birkenstock Boston Grey/Blue suede with white Birk sole.

Don't mean to spam so I apologise profusely -very sorry. I had these taken recently. Im loving the sheer sense of comfort and functionality when I dress down in EG in saying that I've fallen in love with looser and boxier fits. I confess at first I couldn't accept it. But in time I have and I'm glad. Also i love denim but I'm tired of jeans. So when I saw the USN pant in denim I just had to pounce on them - they're jeans but not jeans if that makes sense. They're slightly slimmer than before but ill just have to deal with it.

- Deck jacket navy nyco ripstop FW12
- shoulder hoody navy nyco ripstop FW12
- Desert pant olive British navy twill FW11
- work shirt blue chambray FW12

- aviator jacket olive nyco ripstop FW12
- shoulder hoody navy nyco ripstop FW12
- USN pant indigo denim 11.5oz FW12
- work shirt red/orange/blue brushed plaid FW12

Don't apologise for what you perceive as spam. Thread is nothing without pictures and your's are great. I remember ordering those E-1 pants and having second thoughts about them as they are unlike clothing I wear but I truly love them now. This thread is really great. It's a shame so many of the early pictures have been deleted as I only really discovered EG with last season somehow.

Anyway, here's my contribution from April when it was still bitterly cold and I was trying to channel a wee bit of sunshine. Olive Serge shawl collar that I got from Gary and navy polka dot round collar flannel.

Thanks mate, was feeling I was the only one posting ha. You're right there are some great pictures on this thread half of them are missing. This thread was a great idea -- just living proof people should have fun with their clothes -- especially since they chose well and spent good money.

In saying that you put your outfit together very nicely. The shawl collar jacket was a nice choice! The mac you're wearing looks lovely too. Is that nanamica?

Cheers mate. It's a Nigel Cabourn cameraman from last summer. Picked it up for a song on Yoox about 6 months back. Only really beginning to get any wear out of it now and it looks amazing in the sun. Think they still have a few left in smaller sizes.

Once again I've had an opportunity to take a look pic. I'm loving the E1 pants so much these days. Today I've got a slightly more dapper look.

- E1 pants navy uniform serge
- tab collar shirt black printed floral flannel
- neck tie charcoal wool flannel
- lansdown jacket olive corduroy 11W
- primaloft hooded vest grey wool h/bone

All from EG fall-winter 2012.
