Sorry, but I have to be honest and say that it's not very good. I know some people here have an irrational aversion to colour in men's clothing, but that's not the fundamental problem here, it's the poorly chosen combination of colours - brown tie with a dark salmon pink and blue check jacket just doesn't work. And this is before we consider the design of the particular elements,  the collar, the stripes on the tie, the square - none of which are particularly strong. In other words, your fit suffers from the same problem as many earlier contributions to this thread - it's just bad taste, not peacocking.

 

Compare this to Barims' fit, which I linked to a few posts earlier for an example of how strong contrasting colours can work together.  

I am afraid it is. I don't like it when people attack new posters instead of being helpful, but this is not even in the ballpark of acceptable by any standard. I suggest watching here for a while to pick up some style tips.

I can tell you technically what is wrong:

1) You have three patterns and a boldly colored shirt. WAY too much going on.

And my personal opinion, but I think everyone will agree:

2) The color of the shirt is just awful. It might be OK on its own, but I cannot imagine it looking good with a suit and tie.

3) There might be a suit and shirt combo that tie could work with, but this is not it.

I wish I could be as helpful without being so blunt, but unlike some of the posters on the other thread I am trying not to be nasty. But seriously: No one should go out in public looking like that. I hope being a member here can help you learn to look your best.

This reminds me of a very old Sony TV I used to have. The primary colours for the checks are the exact shades used for their old RGB logo, and the background is like the static noise you'd get before tuning in.

I thought this would fit in okay here:



Pants were a mid- to dark-grey with a brownish cast, and shoes were dark brown wingtips, as I don't have any suede yet.
