Thanks Spoo. No matter how often I tell them to add a few extra inches, it never seems to be enough.

Those are quite the curves the jacket is giving you there, PT

This is as peacocky as I get these days.

I like this.

This just came in today, excuse the wrinkles... Eggplant double breasted suit. I think this qualifies for peacock (the shirt and tie I was wearing with a (charcoal and grey RLBL suit earlier...) So excuse the lack of PS. I wanted to get your feedback before I bring it in for adjustments. I use a MTM guy in NYC who I see when I'm out that way and then have a local Chicago tailor fix/adjust things (waist let out/take in, sleeves etc...) And no I dont want to hear anyone;s opinion about how MTM is a waste of money or your thought process on how it's not custom, I'm very aware of what it is.

So I think the jacket is too long by about an inch or possibly 1.5 inches. Do you think the pockets will look too low? I think I want to take the chest in a small amount but am afraid of it limiting my movement too much...

The sleeves on my shirt are uncuffed thats why it looks a little sloppy. And theres is a pocket that was loaded with spare fabric in the top pic, thats why I look like I have an optical illusion Ron Burgundy style below the bottom button. Don't act like you're not impressed.

and most importantly smile.gif the actual color is somewhere in between these two pictures, not joker purple but not deep burgundy/eggplant. Not sure I'm ever gonna have the balls to wear both pieces at once, but well see. nod[1].gif (insert joker comments here, here and here). And yes I ordered this because I love how outrageous it is.

No idea what the deal is with these loading sideways but I'm sick of trying to fix it.

A couple of recent Fall peacock fits. Admittedly, the flash, whitebalance, mirror/washroom pics, etc. detract from the plumage. But I work with what I have. Sorry.

This is one of my favourite looks I've seen, a single (albeit bold) piece of modernity on an otherwise very traditional outfit.  Are you going to wear it in court:
