Gentlemans, would a lightblue shirt with a navy blue tie with white dots work better with the outfit I posted? Or is a white shirt the best way?

I like this quite a lot. A good ensemble to get us back on target with.

Minor quibble with the tie knot, I've seen you do better. Overall though, I think this passes muster nicely.
