FiH and dFiH cover all my needs. I've never seen a Windsor knot I've really liked. I also don't think they work well with my face. I think I just have to mess with this one a bit more to get it right.

SB, when I saw your pic in the "recent images in this thread" corner, I thought it looked awesome, because the tie looked solid. With that pattern, I don't like it that much...

To my eye the shirt does not pair too well with the yellow-green-redish overcheck of the jacket.
