I don't think that shirt should be paired with a human body. Sorry.

This looks like something Flusser would recommend.

One of your finest entries and a truly compelling case being made for white socks.

I think this entry demonstrates that when, as you did, you do as Coco Chanel advised and drop a few elements out of your usually busy ensemble, you compromise nothing and still stay true to your unique spice. A bit of austerity (sans boutonniere) suits you...

That's kind of what I was insinuating. :^)

Same suit as the last pic I posted, different everything else.

That shirt collar looks much much better than most of the others you have posted in this thread. Big improvement. I might have gone with a solid shirt for suiting like that but I think the stripe works.

Is this kind of pattern for a suit in good taste? I'm still trying to figure out stripes.

Suit doesn't seem to have any life in it.

Thanks, I agree - this is in the second batch of shirts from this maker, and I think the changes i requested compared to the first batch represent improvements. The only other shirts I have that I like as well are the NapolisuMisura shirts (the white shirts I have, such as the next most recent pic I posted, with this same suit), but they are also significantly more expensive.

Yeah, I think that photo is washed out. It looks better in others. I picked that photo because it provided the best representation of the pattern (sacrificing a good impression of the fabric as a whole).

That looks a lot like a Hardy Riviera sportcoat I have. It is in good taste for spring, summer and early fall. I wear it with solid light blue, striped or small tattersall shirts and dark brown/blue ties.

Per some of your recs, i am trying this SC with blue, and just for pB, its an OCBD.

I love the SC, that particular shade of blue seems to be a touch off though, I can't quite put my finger on it....
