I'd consider besom pockets. They're minimal since they don't have a flap and, as such, look more dressy but you can't lose with flap pockets.

Make sure the pocket bags are cut wide enough to wear the flaps inside, then you have a choice of both flap and besom.

per some suggestions, i swapped the blue tie for black, and the spread collar, for OCBD. i think i like the other way better.

pls to excuse the neck hair, a trim is gravely needed.
