What is the verdict on micro gingham, to be reserved for Italian tablecloths? I just bought two on a whim (green, black).

Beautiful suit as always aportnoy.

I have the same questions about gingham and some about tattersalls too. Anybody wear tattersalls with pinstripes/chalk stripes?

To me, microgingham is fine but anything bigger says I saw Victor Cruz do this in GQ.

That sounds like an odd country/city combo.

I have one tattersall shirt and I rarely wear it.  guess the safest thing is just solids with it.

Solid grey or navy suit, small-scale tattersall shirt, solid tie = win:slayer:

@aportnoy - superb, as usual.

that tie is excellent. i tend to shy away from ties like that, where the medallion is so large and plentiful, taking up far more space than the ground, but whenever i see them used so well, i regret that i pass up on them.

also, the fit on the suit, as i noted in WAYWRN, is dead on. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

@tdude - very nice. who makes the tie?
