Well, interesting case I have never had happen yet in ~8 years of eBay...

I out up high end exotic shoes... get tons of views instantly...

Dude offers ~50% of my price. I decline, say thank you but I can't go that low, and counter with my lowest.

He then ups his original offer, with no reply, by a few dollars. I decline again. He then comes up another couple dollars...

I end up adding him to the block list at this point.
24 hours later, dude makes another account (like the account name is the same with just a different number, and same state - obviously him, he doesn't really hide it) He ups his offer again. I decline... he offers a couple dollars more again.

At this point I really don't want to do this - I obviously am very concerned he will scam me. What in the heck can I do? Haha.

You can set a minimum offer amount.
Anything under will automatically get rejected

If you’re positive he’s setting up new accounts, you can report the profiles for being used to get around your block list.

eBay used to care about this, though I haven’t dealt with this for years.

Exotic Loafers

I probably should. I had to literally remove them from my page...

obviously a buyer to avoid, what are their usernames?

I am not 100% positive dude is doing anything nefarious, though it is 100% him setting up dupe accounts (I say this with 100% confidence). I will spoiler tag his u/n.

While you are AT IT, definitely ADD the following user to your block list. Dude bought a brand new 2XB Polo RL Shirt from me, kept it for 2+ weeks, then said it is "too small". I don't accept returns, but sent him a message and asked if he still had the tags on it. Crickets. I accepted the return to be nice... and guess what? Shirt is worn, tag gone. Yay! Ruined investment.

What do i do? he hasnt opened a return ticket yet, but i think he's going to once he sees im not budging
