Of course I would never refund moneys before receiving a return, but this was a reply to one of the feedbacks he left a previous seller.

Hello Mike,

I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase, but I am unsure where your accusations carry any merit. The suit in the photos is indeed the exact suit that was sent. It is listed as a vintage suit. Vintage means Old. If you study the photos and description more closely, you will see that this is the case. I never stated that the suit was new, I also disclosed that the pants were not the original match to the jacket. You can even see the union tag inside the pocket, which indicates that the suit is from the 60's or 70's. I'm not sure what you want me to do about this, I have been completely honest and upfront about the age and condition of the suit.

Hello again, Thank you for your amicable reply. It has certainly been a pleasure to deal with you. That said, I would like to extend an invitation for you to return my vintage suit. Being both old and classy, it is evidently not the appropriate garment for you. Once my suit arrives in the condition in which it was sent to you, I will refund your original payment. A return based on buyer's remorse is subject to a 10% restocking fee ($4.25).

I only use brand new boxes and shopping bags for shipment, no used boxes from the trash or garbage bags. I appologize, that the box was a little crushed upon arrival. I'm sure the suit was undamaged by the dented carton, but if you are concerned about the box damage, please feel free to contact your local post office about their handling procedures.

Please read the return policy in the listing.
You may return it in the original packaging.
Please place it back in the shopping bag to avoid any unforseen damage from heavy rain.

A tip for your future dealings on ebay: The next time you are interested in purchasing an item clearly listed USED, be sure to send the seller a message asking them if it is NEW. That will save you a lot of time.

Maybe I am missing the big picture here, besides him being a complete idiot. You seems to accept returns with in 14 days. Why dosnet he just ask to return it which is his right per the listing and send it back.
