So I just had another (different) buyer "Refuse and return to sender." Am I obligated to give a refund? I thought I read somewhere that if the package is returned to sender I can just re-list it and sell it again. Correct me if I'm wrong, cause I could be WAY off.
I called eBay about this situation today. I explained what happened, got transferred to their manager, who proceeded to tell me that I'm not obligated to give a refund because the buyer refused delivery. I asked him to make a note on the transaction/my account about this, just incase there is an issue down the road.
+1 for eBay in my book after quite a few disappointing events, this was refreshing.
my question: is there any way I can view the note that the manager left? and is there any way to be able to reference back to this call if the buyer opens a case down the road?
