Oh fuck I hope not...had someone do that with a Polo martini bear hoodie. Sent me a different one back on return and ebay sided with the buyer. "No proof" of either what I sent, nor what they sent back, was ebay's response.

When I read these stories it upsets me so much. I know shit happens and honest mistakes or something legitamately falls apart but it really looks like people suck.

How much work is it to sew a button? jeez most tailors will do it for free

Does anyone use a service other than paypal?

Can you even link a different type of payment system to ebay?

How did you manage that? I can't see any staining in the listing pics, and there's no mention of it.

Im assuming they weren't referencing the auction directly as there was no mention of it in the listing and the buyer does not specifically say there was any on HIS shirt.

Amirite?

Damn, good point... Pretty much the same reasoning that got my last neutral removed.

Not exactly. First try from a non-us rep, checked with her boss quickly but I said;

1) There were no messages or case open

2) No returns are offered

3) Pre-owned items may include spots, runs, mends, or other wear not specifically mentioned

4) See clear photos of collar area

Then the reason why it should be removed

5) This is a case of buyers remorse, if they opened up a case I would have won and any feedback would have been removed.

Good idea about him not speaking about his shirt though, never thought of it that way.

I use Skill (formerly moneybookers) but not many people have accounts setup

Was the collar actually damaged tho?

Nothing that I noticed or would not have sold it (or made a note of it in the listing) or if they had contacted me I would have worked with them. Don't just go and leave bad feedback out of the blue. That's not cool
