If you click on a sold item and go to "print shipping label", in the upper right hand corner, there's a link that says "printer and label receipt preferences"

So dude makes an offer on this jacket. We go back and forth, and once I send him my final offer, he asks me a couple questions about the buttons. If they were all tight, and the thread all matched. I inspected every button very closely, and gave each a few tugs, and they all checked out. This jacket was dead mint btw. So he received the jacket 17 days ago, and just now sent me this email. I have a 30 day return policy. Is there anything I can do here? Or do I have to suck it up and take the return? He hasn't put in the return request. If the request end up being for "not as described", can I refuse the request? He obviously wore the jacket.

Not sure how much you sold it for, but can you offer $10 or whatever is close enough to what it would take to have him ship it back to you?  I personally would probably just give him the money to make him go away and block him if I thought he was being shady.  If he wants significantly more than that, I would probably just take the return.  I've never had any issues selling W&G quickly.

@GetBlatzed that sounds like a pretty extortion-y message. I'd call and see what they have to say.

Just received a return for NAD from a dude who said the listed measurements were wrong and it was too big for him (I don't offer returns).I thought maybe I goofed and confused some measurements and he was polite about it so I didn't mind taking the return. Just measured it and my original ones were spot on. Looked at dudes account again. He's a seller and obviously lied to get around my final sale policy. Fucker.

Since he admitted to wearing the jacket, you can fight a SNAD case after you receive the return.

Buyer says they dont fit as the size is actually US 9 for this pair of Church's.... I have never seen a US pair always in UK sizing... Anyone have input?

UK 9D would be a narrow width, would it not? Ask him if the length or the width is the problem.

What's also very strange, is that the guy has 1 single sold item. An almost identical Hemingway jacket. And he sold his shitty one for $50, and bought mine for $225? Why would he do that?

because he's going to send you a shitty $50 one back and sell a $225 one?

who knows... But something definitely seems fishy.

Or he sold his shitty one for $50 to help fund the purchase of a nice newer one for $225... :decisions: (prob what Spoo said though)

That would mean he somehow still had the one he sold though...all around very strange.

That certainly could be too. I just find it very strange that before he paid for the he jacket, he asked me specifically to check the buttons, (which I throughly did) then 17 days after he gets to he jacket, a button comes loose.
