I am so sincerely sorry for the misrepresentation of this jacket--we're in the process of changing over to a different listing software, and this piece never should have been listed as new with tags. I will simply refund you fully today for the extreme inconvenience.

Well that scares me. I just ordered 2 NWT items from her. I would rather the items show up as described instead of fighting with her

Did you see the tags on it?

I bought a pair of trousers from her that were classified as preowned, but it had all the tags and was unhemmed in the pics. I took a chance and hit gold (>10% rule).

Same here - bought an Ann Demuelemeester (sp?) jacket from her listed as used and it arrived NWT...same tags they had in their ebay pics. Ponderous.

Nice. Mine was a pair of NWT RL Polo by Corneliani red cords. Great construction on those. Even has an after dinner split.

You can't see the tags in the pictures for the items I bought but the consigner code she has you can see tags in other listings and all this consigner ads are listed as nwt. A lot of things she does baffles me and not including the tags in a picture is another lol

Not seeing the tags didn't raise an alarm because her pictures are shit in general. I guess we'll see when it comes

Curious what you guys think of this from a buyer's point of view.

I bought a NWT Zegna tie that I believed to be a quindici tie based on the box that was in the pictures that the seller listed it with.  However, once I received it, I realized the tie was actually just a regular mainline tie.  I paid up a bit for this one and she didn't have it anywhere in her listing (her listing title literally was "tie") whether or not it was quindici or not.  She also doesn't accept returns.

How would you guys proceed with this type of scenario?

Politely ask if you may return the tie on your dime. I do not accept returns but if a buyer asks to return an item I will allow them to provided the item is returned in the same condition and they pay return shipping.

^^ agree with the above. Otherwise just chalk it up to a learning experience and next time you should ask before buying
