Upload all that stuff to PayPal (feedback, tracking showing as delivered, where it was delivered to) then call.  Always call.  Unauthorized purchases that aren't eaten by the CC are eaten by PP or eBay, they let you swing in the breeze though if you don't act.

Thanks, gents.

Just got off the phone with customer service, money should be released ASAP. This BS pisses me off so much.

I think all of the feedback I've been able to get revised were neutrals. The negs have all stuck.

NM found my answer!

US sellers: I've been shipping USPS via a proxy for a while now, and had an instance this morning where a customer is claiming an item never arrived, though tracking shows it was delivered (and he acknowledged this in his email). With Canada Post I know the sender has to open a case with the postal service, is it the same with the USPS, or is the recipient supposed to contact the USPS, or both/either?

Thanks!

Same thing happened here, you cant use that as a "defense" in a case.

If shipping to Australia, is there tracking with First Class International? Or must it be Priority/Express?

I'm a bit confused with the USPS website. When I check the rates for First Class International, it always states "Tracking is not available" but then sometimes tracking is offered (shipping to Canada, for instance).

Would you guys stay away from stuff like this for resale? Bespoke Double breasted 6x1 no vents.

Only tag in it.

Yes, there is tracking with 1st class intl to Australia. Plus, since they are a DELCON country, you even receive delivery confirmation. Australia has a great postal system. I ship there often via 1st class intl and have never had an issue.

I can only base it on my UK experience, but yes, I'd steer clear. Bespoke only sells well if it is a known tailor in my experience, or a very attractive cloth or style. A 6x1 would often be a difficult sell in any case, especially with no vents.

Is 1st class intl the cheapest way to ship there? Had a potential buyer bitch at me because I gave him the exact price from the website and told me he's sure there's cheaper ways.

Has anyone figured out a reasonable way to get out piss stains in pants lining? Does this kill any chance of resale?
