I buy from Lowe's (they have double thick boxes for good prices), but UHaul has more variety for picture boxes etc.

I've had similar problems, and I don't know a good answer. I'm trying to schedule my items in batches of 5-10, with a couple minutes between each listing, and 10 minutes between batches, but it still sometimes gets hung up. I was connected via ethernet, but still didn't go through. I kept downloading the current auction status, and finally just uploaded them one by one, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by using garagesale.

Well, for packing/moving I used cheapcheapmovingboxes.com; the boxes were a little thinner and smaller than standard moving boxes, but I got a whole bunch delivered to my doorstep for not a lot of $$.

The survived the move and some of them are in storage still, fwiw.

Pity that you do not have a Staples in Athens. They are my go-to source for small amounts of boxes. If you buy 5 or more of a size, the prices are more than reasonable. They also carry the heavy-duty boxes for a great price. I think that the closest locations to you are in Buford and Duluth. I will be visiting Uline next week for a box haul.

On a side note, if you need any boxes size 15x12x11, I have about 50 of the discontinued USPS Regional Rate C boxes. :D

Hey guys, another question here. Had a buyer open up a return request yesterday for a suit, saying my chest/waist measurements for the jacket were off (they provided their "correct measurements). This is the first time in countless items sold that someone has complained about my measurements not being right; would this matter in eBay's decision of who's in the right, or would they side with the buyer since there's no real proof of me measuring (no pics of the tape measure, etc)? Thanks all.

You can ask for a picture with a tape on the chest for proof. Thats an easy way if it hasnt been altered. Some guy once said my sleeve size was off by two inches. I asked for a picture. He sent pictures to the case with the first two inches of the tape past the shoulder in an attempt to scam me. I called Ebay they closed instantly. You can accept the return and say you will file an appeal once it's sent back and if he's trying to make false statements you'll be refunded by ebay.

I had a chargeback on PayPal a while back from an eBay transaction for buyer not authorizing purchase. I uploaded tracking / positive feedback and case was found in my favor. I got a counter-claim today saying:
Quote:
The buyer's card issuer has reviewed the information you submitted and maintains that the buyer's chargeback is valid.

If you have any additional information to support your case, please submit it as soon as possible by file upload or fax. You can upload or fax this information by clicking Add below.

Do I need to reupload everything? Anything else I can do?

I would call paypal. Depending on the cost they should cover it our of their pocket if you won the case for not authorized. Its different then a not as described case.

The very bottom left corner, possibly under the little flap of fabric there, it may say suit or jacket.

Bottom left is empty, but bottom right has "2" if that helps. The tag has "Drop 7". Could that that mean the drop that should be present on pants? Indicating there should be pants?

Oh well, it was worth a shot. No, there are coats that show the drop too so that's not definitive.

@the2ndhandman Thanks for the advice man. I'll see if he can provide photos of his measurements.

The drop is the difference between the chest and the pant waist. If it's got a drop it should have pants. Can't have a drop without pants unless it's like suit separate pieces wich most are 6 off the rack.

Not for Zegna though... all the labels I've seen have a drop number even when they are jackets. Example says Drop 7 but it is a "jacket".

PS - going back to the org point, Lirum, why does it matter? I would list it as a "Sport Coat Blazer Jacket". Unless it is a stripe jacket most solids and checks can get listed like any other jacket
