Yes, I'm in Canada and she's in USA. I found a option in the returns process for accepting return but confirming I'm not providing shipping label due to;

"Unable to buy return label from buyers country"

I see she has since wrote in returns process that I'm refusing to accept return. That is not case at all.

Sounds like feedback extortion, if you hadn't responded (once you offer something like a return/refund, ebay can't/won't do anything) and just called ebay to open a case that probably would have been the end of it.  I think you're straight up being scammed.

Maybe NAD is different, but I think international, buyer always pays return shipping which is why ebay won't give her a label for the return.

Someone want to back me up on this, I'm not 100% on international stuff.

The market confuses me sometimes. This is my second or third run on this tie at $9.99 auctions, and suddenly it blows up...

Don't know if you guys want to block this jack off, but this definitely gets someone on my list. No more than a minute after the end of the auction, I get this message on the item he/she won: "I don't want this shirt."

I'm tempted to ignore and just open an unpaid item case. Offending fuck-head:  tastywarrior

I would call eBay and have them make a record of the transaction. I did that one time. Come to find out, the same bidder had been reported for similar situations. He received a warning on his file. The more of these jackholes that we can get banned, the better.

I had the exact same thing happen on a Kiton suit jacket. 10 day auction and this guy swoops in at the very last second, wins the auction, then immediately send me a message saying he wants to cancel the transaction because he thought it was a full suit. Not even an apology or "whoops". I looked at dudes profile and he's a fucking re-seller too! Has lots of suits and CM listed. I would expect someone in the business to not be such a total fuckface. I cancelled the transaction, blocked him and thought about sending a nasty message but decided not worth it.

If we are blocking stupid people, mathematically speaking if we lived long enough we wouldn't be able to sell much of anything on eBay because we'd be left with 2,000 potential buyers. happy.gif

That's a generous estimate.

Is there a name for this type of fabric? It's 100% cotton. Kinda like a madras

I responded as she claimed damage, and asked for pictures of the damage, as I didn't know what she was talking about.  (Honestly, how do I know she didn't damage it, then take pictures after?).

Then being presetned with pictures of damage, I told her to return or I could knock off X dollars, to allow her to repair it, if she was interested in keeping item.  Otherwise, just ship it back.

Anyway, to date, no news or movement on the return.  I accepted the return, but there has been no response from her, since she opened the return NAD, saying I would not accept return, and she expects me to forward her shipping funds prior to returning item.

How long do I have to wait (if she doesn't return item), before I can ask Ebay to close this out?  To cover myself, I've made sure to ask her again, to let me know when she is shipping this back with tracking (again, to show I'm waiting for approved return).

i think 10 business days. if no tracking is uploaded, call and have the case closed. I wouldn't contact her again in the meantime.

It's 5 business days. If you go to the return details, you should see a date that they told her to return it by. After that date you should be able to call and escalate to a case which should be closed in your favor.
