My eBay->selling->shipping labels (on the left-hand side). No need to do the refund crap.

This guy is so clueless, but he is sort of in my neck of the woods.  Shout out to our boy Spoo on the first item he identified.

^^Wes, you took our advice on the inventory system, you should really do the same with the thermal printer.  You won't be sorry.

Yes, love the new seller dashboard, especially since they added back the running total of the bids on your items.

On that subject, I forgot just how many messages you get when you're running 145+ timed auctions.  Jesus.  Another reason to go back to BIN.

Thats the plan when this laser printer wears out. It's still got a few miles left in it.

+1 on the thermal printer... So much quicker. It has seriously doubled the speed at which I can create shipments.

+1 again, sooo much better. I wish I could thermal print my international labels also, PIA having to go hook up to the laser now.

I just have two sub cables sitting next to my laptop on the desk. Switching is easy, except for switching back to thermal and having to change the margin setting back to 'none'.

Yay. Got my first NAD return today.

With the new defect system, if I ask eBay to step in and they rule in the buyer's favor I get a defect correct?

If I just take the return I get no defect?

The buyer said the color of the photo doesn't match the item. Also that the item smelled. I get the color issue but not the smell comment. Unless that happened during shipping...

I don't have specific colors called out in the listing, not sure if that would help. Also not sure how to prove that the item left smelling just fine. Seems like buyers remorse, they didn't like the color, then threw in the smell comment so they could justify not paying the return shipping...

Thanks for any thoughts on this...
