Good point. I'll see how high it will raise up. This only happens for the things like robes and coats. Everything else doesn't show the floor as all. Thanks!

ETA: Oh wow. I put that mannequin together almost two years ago and I forgot how long the bar was. Doh! It raises up high enough for any coat or robe!

 Thank you, Thank you!

Getting closer......

I think I paid about $70 for mine. It is kind of XL sized. It gets the job done but my next male mannequin will be a different one. My next female one will probably be a dress form. Hopefully I will find a really nice one on Craigslist for cheap.

Buyer is trying to return a NWT tie that I previously purchased myself retail. He's claiming the tie doesn't seem authentic and wants to return at my expense. Have no issues with the return but not really interested in paying the return shipping. I have verification/receipt for the purchase. Is this something worth fighting or should I just suck it up and accept the return? Is he allowed to leave a neg if I win?

Still new to this stuff, but if it were me, I would pay for the return then block his ass. Then post his eBay name here so we can all block his ass

Not worth it fuzzing over small shipping costs most of the time

Have you explained to the buyer that you have the receipt and would be happy to provide a picture of it? That should provide some sku verification. If the buyer just wants to return the tie and is using the lack of authenticity as an excuse to get out of paying return shipping, then you have a decision to make. You can take the easy route and just accept the return and pay for the return shipping. Or, armed with proof of purchase, you can call eBay and appeal to a ladyboy CSR and hope for a sympathetic rep.

I know you're right and usually I just accept the return and suck it up, but he must have just caught me on a bad day. These kind of bogus return reasons are few and far between but it gets tiring after a while.

Yup I did, and he replied backtracking and said something about possibly the quality going down over the years, comparing to his older similar ties. It honestly just sounds like buyers remorse. Which again is fine, but I hate that they game the system.

Guys.

I thought this was something it isn't. I picked this up with a dozen flusser custom or Flusser for S5A but all the tags on the other italian ones are at the tip of the small blade.

Does anyone recognize this type of Fabric tag? Its where Stefano Ricci puts theirs but the tag isn't similar. I haven't seen Isaia, Borelli, Brioni or anyone else

with there tags here.

Self Tipped, Not 7 fold.

Here is something neat if you have an eBay store:

Shipping Supply discounts:

Go to Manage My Store, Shipping Discounts.

There will be a code to use that you can use on eBay shipping supplies. The discount depends on your store level.

I guess this just started  May 1.

Every bit counts!

A while back I made a joke about Brooklyn hipsters buying the USPS coat and vest I found. I'm 2 for 2.

Sold this morning.

Quick tag question...Custom made jackets from Hadleigh's (wow they are nice!!)

These 2 I know are made by Cesare Attolini

No clue who makes this one though?? Any thoughts?

No clue on the maker, but that fabric is pure sex biggrin.gif

The handwritten/printed tag is an oddity, too.

Hey guys, how do you do combined shipping? Mine is not set up automatically, the buyer has already paid for all item shipping cost individually. Do I just refund him the difference or will he only be charged what I spend to print the shipping label?

You can refund the difference. Or refund everything and send them an invoice reflecting combined shipping.
