The TJ Maxx on PGA pulled most of their high-end inventory for men and no longer carry anything even approaching what they used to. It started declining 18-24 months ago. I still pop in once in a while but stopped going on a regular basis after inventory took a nose dive. The "runway" section that used to be stocked is now a couple of racks with True Religion jeans being the cream of the crop. I'm sure the occasional good stuff still hits the racks, but from a return on time perspective it doesn't make a lot of sense.

Yeah. As you said, the prices were usually too high to flip, but I found a few things here and there that were resold for a decent profit. @330CK might be able to comment on the change in their buying patterns.

i've got a bellwether TJ maxx near me. if i see something nice then i'll invest the time in looking at some of the others.

a few years ago my local Ross Dress for Less had a bunch of LVC, some in clearance. i went store to store over a week or two and cleaned house lol.

fun fact: in Russia it's called TJ Marx.

is there a way to cancel it without having to spend hours on the phone with ebay? he's already paid...i've lost cases with ridiculous buyers where i'm clearly in the right so i feel like it's a loss either way, might as well risk the transaction and a return over a neg.

Yeah, they do NAD so the seller has to pay shipping both ways. If he just returns it because he doesn't like it than I don't have to refund original shipping, return shipping is on him and I can even charge a 15% re-stocking fee.

More than double your money next time by saying it was made by Ermenegildo Zegna, and that it was Signature Gold.  These are sometimes made in the same factory as ZZegna, which is also made in Mexico.

Jos. A. Bank Signature Gold Navy blazer sport coat jacket silver button 40L Zegna

I've sold those for $50-$75 before.

Some may argue keyword spamming, but based on the tag, it's legit.

Also, the lining is blue, the coat is probably blue.  If you're worried about that happening again, take an additional pic with that + something black wool to show the difference.

"Dark navy blue, bordering on black under certain light."

Ask the buyer if he looked at the color in sunlight. Florescent lighting will always make navy look black.

Ha, I got quoted in a lie, I wrote before I looked, full suits I can sell for that much, I think the last metal button blazer I sold for $70 or so.

Guys, I need a reality check. Wes tells me Dunhill is heavily faked. I've had this a while but before I post it on ebay, just want to verify.
