If it's clearly an FU pattern, you don't need to describe it as having such, the buyer can see that already. You can use words like ostentatious, vivd, Statement Making, vibrant, unique, Stand Out, or you can simply write the two letters FU in the title if you feel you need to. But honestly none of these average suggestions are really necessary at. The buyer isn't reading your description anyway, they're just looking at the pictures.

This is a new one for me. Dude pays the BIN price on a BINOBO, doesn't pay and when I chase for payment on day 2 he replies with:

Think he's just a noob who doesn't understand the OBO system, we'll see what happens.

Dear Ebay,

While I appreciate my new 0% defect rate, the new shipping standards are fucking ridiculous. I haven't shipped anything late for many, many months...

I searched and found a previous discussion of this, but I just wanted to confirm and get a yes/no answer:

Handling time does not count the day of purchase, right?

Example: Item was purchased Wednesday. I have 3-day handling on it. 3 biz days = Thursday, Friday, Monday, meaning if I ship Monday, I'm within my handling time, correct?

Damn, I got busted too...

But seriously, how did you ship 25 late? That's a lot.

Anyone else having an issue with the Returns system? Trying to issue a refund and can't get it to go through.

It doesn't say I shipped them late, it says they were delivered late. I'm not sure how though. eBay must have changed how they deal with store vacation settings: all of those were shipped after I returned from vacation. Up until now, those have never counted against me.

Last time I read those vacation setting rules, it said that you can alert buyers that you'll be shipping outside your stated handling time, but that you're still responsible for shipping them during your handling time (or something like that - it made no sense to me when I read it, and is why I always have zero for sale if I can't do the 1-day shipping).

eBay has to be tapped into the USPS label purchase / scan / tracking in order to know when it was actually shipped, otherwise I can't see how they can count anything against us / you.  Delivery date doesn't count against you - late shipping date does.  When I've bought something without tracking, and leave feedback, it asks if the item was delivered by such-and-such a date...otherwise it knows when it was delivered and doesn't ask me.

New one for your block list. Repeatedly begged me to commit customs fraud and complained about the emotional distress I was apparently causing him. At least I got a good laugh out of it...

Like I said, those never counted against me before. I had my store on vacation setting with purchases allowed for at least three different weeks last year. I'm going to have to call EBay on this one. I've had TRS status for over two years, and would be majorly pissed to lose it over this.

I'm at the same percentage for late shipping, I get my stuff out after 2 days and I have 3 day handling time
