Too kind of you man. And yes, I took pictures with my disposable camera, dropped it off to the drug store, then scanned the photos and uploaded them to eBay. It took about 2 weeks to do 10 auctions lol.

Hey, @colco - check it - nobody wants to come here for beef, least of all me. theres a pretty small group of about 10-20 of us that post here on the regular and have been talking about this stuff for years. You know that bar down the block in your neighborhood that you all go to? And when a new guy walks in, everyones heads turn. If the guy walks into the bar, acts cool, has a few brews with the locals and eases into the convo, easy peasy. If the guy comes in like Begbie in Trainspotting with guns blazing, well, not probably the best reactions follow.

All I'm saying is maybe just take a different approach to a response and lets take another shot at helping you with your question is all. We've got collectively lots and lots of info to share that we can all benefit from - just more flies with honey and all that.

So, to get back on topic - even if I had a jacket without buttons on the sleeves - no, I probably wouldn't list it as NWOT unless I was the first owner. Most of the things I sell are not single provenance pieces, so I can't "prove" anything. Theres tons of lawyers here on the forum, and whenever Im creating a listing, I always think to myself - "what can I PROVE if tested?" Is it blue? Yes. Is it used? Yes. Does it have a hole? Yes. But I don't call it a "Tiny" hole, because that leaves something open to debate. You get my point? Could a jacket be used and not have the buttons on its sleeves? Probably not. But not definitely not.

Make sense?

Next drinks on me.

I don't get the time to frequent this bar, or Thrifty's next door, as often as I did or would like, but that's some solid advice right there.

Thanks @SpooPoker  Once again I appreciate your clarity. You amongst all of the regulars in the local have been a gentleman and everyone knows of your success (even people who prefer to drink elsewhere) and it is indeed to be applauded.  You are successful AND humble (this is a wonderful trait, I wish I had it).

However,  I don't expect to come to this bar again.  I only popped in because I was passing by, heard a conversation, and thought it sounded interesting for the brieftest of moments.  After ordering my drink and trying to see if I could get into the conversation did I realize that  the other regulars were crusty, and insular. I believe this is because they are broke (probably from eeking out a living of trying to sell old Hawaian shirts for example). Despite the shitty setup and their subpar existence, these locals didn't appreciate anyone new coming into their bar and made their point of view clear. So what I am saying is, as far as locals go, this is pretty fucking shitty (present company excluded of course). The only thing my visit confirmed (for me as well as a few other guys in the neighborhood who had thought about checking the bar out) was that it was full of marginalized assholes. I prefer a more upmarket environment with more welcoming locals so I won't be coming back.

There are very few men who should adapt a superior attitude in a subforum of an internet forum that is dedicated to trying to make money off of selling the used and discarded clothing items of other men.

You can go away if you'd like.  I've decided to drink in  spoo's shit-ass dive bar until the bouncers through me out.  You don't like it you can fuck off.
