In the middle of that is Data M Bot.   Am I being paranoid?  If someone or something was actually a bot, would they put it in their user name?

Tambot is a Phillipino name, as I recall.

Thanks guys. I think I will put up a 5-day auction ending Sunday and offer priority and express options.

Too scared of scams to do international shipping on this.

I think that Criselda Tambot-Garcia would think you are being paranoid, yes. @Fueco is correct, that is a hyphenated Filipino name.

This sounds better than the Top Rated Seller Plus discounts.

An eBay seller figured out how to send packages to his customers for a penny, but now he is paying the price. eBay seller Jack Zeljko Pasic pleaded guilty to defrauding the US Postal Service out of postage due on over 9,000 packages shipped from San Diego to eBay customers throughout the United States between April 2009 and October 2010.

Pasic ran an eBay business called Diavega from 2008 through 2010 and in 2009, he purchased a postal meter from Endicia to print postage labels.

Pasic altered the postage labels, however, to conceal that he had paid only $0.01 in postage when a larger amount of postage was actually owed, according to the US Attorney's Office.

According to his plea agreement, Pasic also labeled the packages to falsely indicate that they were being sent from, and mailed to, the same address in an effort to ensure that the items he shipped would reach their intended destination. In so doing, Pasic ensured the packages were delivered to the customers even when the USPS attempted to return the package to sender for underpayment of postage upon discovering that postage was due.

George Costanza: [pause] Was that wrong? Should I not have done that? I tell you, I gotta plead ignorance on this thing, because if anyone had said anything to me at all when I first started here that that sort of thing is frowned upon... you know, cause I've worked in a lot of offices, and I tell you, people do that all the time.

Oh god, that was brilliant!

I have sold several iphones on ebay, half of them to international buyers, and have never had a problem.

Speaking of which, I have my wife's old 5s to list. I should do the same as you and get it up ASAP.

Highly recommend banning / blocking eBay seller rosabic.sgj6czpnv

Here is a link to the feedback he leaves for his purchases. I think the tally is 9/14 negative.

On the phone now with eBay to try and get mine removed.  Claiming counterfeit or fake is probably one of the hardest ones to get removed.   So it may take a few calls.

Robots like nice things, too.

Good luck! I think you can also get the feedback removed by saying this person leaves too many negative feedback.

0/1 on call so far.  The non US rep read off the eBay bible that a buyers track record of feedback holds no bearing on transactions.  I could have sworn there was an eBay policy about buyers who are unable to be pleased by the majority.  Basically a buyer who is never pleased with any transaction.  Hence why this guy retaliates through feedback and is 9/14 at it...

All I need is Jessica...where are you my US eBay reps!!!!  I just need to keep calling back until I can get someone who is reasonable and can think for themselves, rather than reading the typical script.

WILLIAM IS THE MAN!!  3rd call resulted in a US rep thanks to a tip from Wes.  This rep was able to use common sense to determine the issue at hand.  These always seem to fall on a Monday...

That is going to be a tough one to get removed. Even with the guy's propensity to leave negative feedback, eBay is going to be reluctant to remove a feedback where authenticity can not be substantiated. Keep calling.
