I had to hang up after 3 hours. There must be some other factors involved here...

Anything up to 30 days, I believe.

While we're on the subject,

Why does eBay even offer the "Return Accepted" option? It doesn't really seem like there is anyone to enforce if you state that you do not accept returns?

I might be missing something

Nope, when a case is opened and closed in your favor, they can't leave feedback.

If you don't take returns, you don't have to take it back.  If you do take returns, you only need to do so within your return window (14 days, or whatever you have it set at)  If they are claiming the item is not as described, they can force a return, not otherwise.

What's the entire communication?  Return request, not automatically approved, right?

Return request as of now

The only thing that really annoys me is that buyers seem to know that all they have to do is say it's not as described to get a return. Even if there's nothing wrong with it when you send it. At least that's what's happened to me twice so far. 1 guy claimed it was a kid's jacket(it wasn't), but I provided measurements in the listing and when he realized that wasn't gonna fly he said it was damaged. So dumb.

Sounds to me like you can deny it.  No description of the defect, no communication from the buyer?  Did you contact him to ask wtf?

I always get sketchy of people claiming this shit after like a month.

Who is Abubolz on ebay? I know it's someone on here.

So wait, I can actually get a defect because a buyer gave me the wrong address and then opened a case? Now he wants me to ship it to some other address? If I were to even do that, who does he think is going to pay for shipping?

Edit: That address is a different fucking state than the one on his paypal account. wtf.
